On August 22, 2020 Nathalie and Stevie made our wedding dreams come to life! Amidst a global pandemic, Nathalie and Stevie were by our sides every step of the way. From changing our venue last minute, to coordinating all of our vendors, the planning process was as smooth and stress free as possible for us. We knew that planning a wedding would be a lot of work and looking back we understand that our wedding day would not have come together as beautifully and successfully without the help of Black Tie Wedding and Event Planning.
Nathalie and Stevie ensured every single detail fell into place as we envisioned and then some. We are a very undecisive couple, so their patience and understanding went a long way. We received so many compliments from our guests and other vendors on how enjoyable and seamless it was to work with them! They were so professional, knowledgeable and approachable and we knew we could always count on them for advice no matter the time of day! Our bridal party thoroughly enjoyed the use of their day of emergency kit!

Nathalie is amazing, she helped us put together a beautiful wedding on a very tight timeline. She's responsive and considerate and made sure all our questions and concerns were answered.
She's super knowledgeable about how to navigate the requirements for having a wedding during covid, and has great suggestions for vendors and unique ideas to make the day special.
Nathalie is also great at thinking of little details that are easily missed to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly and stress free.
She also makes guests feel welcome and looked after when you are busy, everyone had a great time with her.
She's also very flexible to help you accommodate any unique non traditional aspects you want to make it your day.

The team at Black Tie Wedding and Event Planning are some of the most amazing people that I have ever worked with. My husband and I hired them for our wedding, and we chose the full package to have them help us every step of the way, and we are so incredibly glad that we did.
They worked hard the whole time getting everything done for us that could have possibly needed to get done leading up to, and including our wedding day. Whenever I had questions or issues that came up, no matter how big or small, they responded quickly and were able to solve any and all problems that happened. They were an absolute joy to work with, and took the stress away from me, so that I could really focus on what I needed to do to get ready for my wedding.
The day of the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Black Tie. My husband and I were able to get ready with our wedding party, and left everything else in the capable hands of Nathalie and her crew. Our wedding was beautifully decorated, and perfectly executed, and the only thing my husband and I had to do was enjoy the day.
I'm one hundred percent certain that we would not have had the wedding of our dreams if it wasn't for Black Tie. They are a top notch event planning service. Trust me, you want people like this in your corner when you're planning a big event like a wedding. Do yourself a favour and hire them to take the stress off yourself, I know that I would if I had to do it all over again.

I can't say enough great things about Black Tie Wedding and Event Planning. Without them, our day would not have been as perfect as it was. My (now) husband wasn't sure at first if we should budget for a day of coordinator, but even before the wedding, he quickly realized what I already knew, that this was worth the investment.
Nathalie, with Stevie's help, made sure we had all of our ducks in a row, without missing a single thing. They coordinated everything with our vendors down to every last detail. Everyone that needed one got a copy of the timeline so there was no need to stress about any of it. They planned the entire rehearsal and showed us exactly what to do on our big day.
Their service on the day of our wedding though was most impressive. We've had multiple guests come up to us to tell us what a wonderful job they did. I could write so many reasons why, but my review would be too long.
Overall, Nathalie and Stevie were extremely professional, and made sure our day was executed to perfection. They felt like part of the family at our wedding and you can tell how passionate they are and that they love what they do. I can't recommend them enough

I couldn’t have imagined my wedding weekend without them. They ensured every vendor was on time, answered questions, and even went as far as bringing water to the bridesmaids and I when we were thirsty!
During the reception, they handled any “mishaps” so my husband and I could enjoy our evening without having to worry about anything!

They took all the stress out of wedding planning, and we were able to enjoy the entire process from start to finish. If there were any problems on the day of our wedding, we never knew about it. They took care of everything. From sourcing and corresponding with vendors, to helping with our colour pallette and designing invitations, food recommendations, layout, payment schedules and so much more. You name it, they do it.

We got their full package so from start to finish they were there for any question, any insecurities. They made the whole process seamless, so that we could really enjoy being engaged.
